These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Mosaicly mobile application ("App"). By downloading, accessing, or using Mosaicly, you agree to these Terms.
Mosaicly is a photo creative utility for iOS that allows you to:
Mosaicly does not provide social networking, cloud sync, chat, or community features.
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and comply with Apple's App Store terms. If you are under the age required in your region to consent to these Terms, you may use the App only with a parent or guardian's permission.
Mosaicly uses a local Quick Login that generates credentials stored on your device. There is no remote Mosaicly account server.
Logging out ends your session but keeps credentials on the device for future Quick Login.
Deleting your account permanently removes local credentials, Points, works, drafts, and attachments from the device. This cannot be undone on that device.
You retain ownership of photos, audio, and other content you import or create in Mosaicly. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use any content you import.
You agree not to use Mosaicly to create, store, or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, or violates others' rights.
Points are consumable digital credits used within the App (e.g., HD export, Free Split layout unlock, additional draft capacity, no-mark export). Points have no cash value outside the App and are non-transferable.
All purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit. Prices, billing, and refunds are subject to Apple's terms and policies. Mosaicly does not store your payment information.
Example tiers: Spark ($0.99 / 735 pts), Layer ($2.99 / 2,205 pts), Craft ($9.99 / 7,350 pts), Studio ($19.99 / 14,700 pts), Vault ($49.99 / 36,750 pts), Masterpiece ($99.99 / 73,500 pts). Actual pricing may vary by region and is shown in the App at purchase time.
Basic templates, standard editing, limited daily standard exports, and draft saves may be available without purchase as described in the App.

Mosaicly, its name, logo, UI design, and app code are owned by the developer or licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding except as needed to use the App.
Sample/demo gradients bundled with the App are placeholders for preview purposes only.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Mosaicly is a creative tool. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free exports, or compatibility with every image format or device configuration.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or discontinue the App or features with reasonable notice where practicable. Sections that by nature should survive (disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) will survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect changes. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the developer's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.
